SNDK Terms and Conditions (Saudi Arabia)

Introduction
SNDK is a digital platform owned and operated by Adel Legal Tech, a company registered in Ramallah, Palestine.
It supports users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in understanding and pursuing employment-related claims.
By using SNDK, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any conditions communicated via the website, mobile app, or messaging channels.
User Acknowledgment
By using the platform, you agree that:
- SNDK is not a law firm. AI-based eligibility tools are for awareness only and not legal advice.
- Communications with Partner Lawyers are facilitated through SNDK’s WhatsApp or approved social channels under strict privacy.
- Your assigned lawyer guides you through the claim process via those channels.
- No attorney–client relationship exists with SNDK; it is only between you and the Partner Lawyer.
Nature of SNDK’s Role
SNDK offers:
- an eligibility check under Saudi Labor Law, and
- a claim facilitation service connecting users with licensed Saudi lawyers.
SNDK itself does not give legal advice; all legal services are handled by the Partner Lawyers.
Definitions
- Adel Legal Tech: Owner and operator of SNDK (registered in Palestine).
- SNDK Platform: Website, mobile app, and digital tools.
- User / Customer: Anyone using the platform.
- Partner Lawyer: Licensed Saudi lawyer or law firm providing legal services.
- Eligibility Check: Automated assessment of potential claims.
- Claim Facilitation: Referral and communication support with lawyers.
- Engagement Letter: Contract between you and the lawyer governing services and fees.
Use of Services
You confirm that you are at least 18, reside in Saudi Arabia, and submit accurate information.
You must not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
SNDK may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
Partner Lawyers and Legal Services
After eligibility confirmation, SNDK shares your case with a Partner Lawyer.
- The lawyer–client relationship is only between you and the lawyer.
- All legal work is the lawyer’s responsibility.
- SNDK is not liable for their advice or performance.
- Fees and commissions are set out in your Engagement Letter.
- SNDK may receive a referral or tech service fee for maintaining the platform.
Engagement Letter
Before legal services begin, you and the lawyer sign a written Engagement Letter covering:
scope of work, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, termination, and dispute resolution.
This agreement is binding only between you and the lawyer; SNDK is not a party.
Fees and Payments
- Eligibility checks are free unless stated otherwise.
- SNDK may charge service or referral fees for tech use.
- Legal fees are as per your Engagement Letter.
- Payments are made in SAR through secure methods.
- SNDK does not handle your compensation payments.
