Full Details & Terms
Our services include case analysis, preparation of legal documents, representation in amicable settlement sessions (Taradhi), and filing lawsuits in labor courts if necessary. We handle all communication with relevant authorities.
Once a judgment is issued, we assist with the enforcement process through the enforcement court to ensure you receive your funds. This is included in our success fee.
Fees are calculated based on the total compensation amount recovered. The percentage tier is determined by the final settlement value as outlined in the fee structure table.
The success fee is due within 5 business days of you receiving the compensation funds. In many cases, we can arrange for the fee to be deducted directly at the source.
All fees quoted are inclusive of the standard 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Saudi regulations.
